Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee
compliance and program management related to loan officer
compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain compliance within loan officer compensation programs and
review commission structures
Manage lead source testing and documentation review to ensure
compliance
Prepare reports on compensation monitoring and support regulatory
examinations
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in compensation, compliance, or audit
management in the mortgage or financial services industry
Experience managing loan officer compensation programs
preferred
Proficiency with compensation systems like Encompass or Compensafe
is a plus
Experience in front-end mortgage operations or project management
is highly preferred
