Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage relationships with title companies to ensure

settlement operations
Assess and mitigate risks associated with title and settlement
transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related
field
10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on
title and settlement services
Strong understanding of title insurance and settlement
procedures
Experience managing teams and leading projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant
software
