Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Order Management
(Bilingual) to manage and oversee the entire order cycle for direct
and distributor accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry to
delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related
to orders
Manage shipping documentation and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
2-year degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or
logistics
Fluency in Spanish required
Strong organizational multitasking skills
Proficiency in order management systems preferred
