Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of test plans, cases, and scripts
based on product requirements
Conduct various types of testing including functional, regression,
integration, and performance testing
Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate with development teams
on quality assurance practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles with a
focus on automated testing
Proven expertise in designing and implementing tests in E2E
frameworks (Cypress)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD
pipelines
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software
development lifecycle (SDLC)
