Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Director to lead
fundraising operations and grow its budget.
Key Responsibilities
Write and secure grants for general operations and specific
programs
Develop comprehensive fundraising plans with targeted goals and
timelines
Manage donor database and oversee stewardship programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
5-7 years of successful experience in fundraising or
development
Experience working with geographically dispersed management is
desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Familiarity with Jewish Renewal and/or Jewish philanthropy is a
plus
