Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to drive the development and implementation of Machine Learning and AI solutions for supply chain and logistics products.



Key Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and lead a team of data scientists to foster collaboration and continuous learning
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data science projects, ensuring alignment with business needs
Communicate findings and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into actionable recommendations



Required Qualifications

Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; PhD preferred
5+ years of experience as a senior-level data scientist and 1+ years in a managerial role; logistics industry experience preferred
Proficiency in programming with Python and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks and Snowflake
Familiarity with MLOps or similar development practices is considered an asset
Ability to manage a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment
