Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compliance to
provide operational leadership regarding compliance and regulatory
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee departmental workflow procedures related to regulatory
compliance and keep the company updated on regulations
Develop and maintain knowledge of PBM and health plan regulations,
and translate them into operational processes
Manage compliance investigations and ensure adherence to licensing
and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Care or a related field; advanced
degree preferred
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional or Certified in
Healthcare Compliance (CHC preferred)
8+ years of compliance-related management experience in the PBM or
health plan environment
Experience with PBM offerings and associated regulatory issues
Ability to lead and manage teams of compliance professionals in a
high-growth business
