Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Education & Training in
Mental Health Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement educational programs and onboarding
experiences for staff
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and
evaluate program effectiveness
Manage the education department, including budgeting and compliance
with regulations
Required Qualifications
Extensive training experience across varied behavioral health
licensures
Broad scale training experience with large cohorts and national
efforts
Familiarity with the Collaborative Care model and experience in
primary care settings
Master's-level clinical training (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or
equivalent)
