A company is looking for a Manager, Fantasy Sports Operations to lead a key operations team for a new fantasy product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team managing day-to-day operations for Pick6
Develop and implement content merchandising strategy and testing plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize data to identify performance trends

Required Qualifications

Degree in a quantitative or business-related field or equivalent experience
Enthusiasm for sports, particularly fantasy sports
Experience as a lead or people manager
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Adaptability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
