Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Project Finance to
lead financial partnerships and structuring of renewable
transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Structure, execute, and maintain residential solar financings,
collaborating with law firms and investment bankers
Develop and maintain relationships for tax equity, debt, and cash
equity financing
Oversee project finance projections, analysis, and coordinate due
diligence efforts across teams
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in power/energy/utilities, with at least 3
years in the US renewables industry
Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred
Experience in structuring and closing renewable energy financings,
including tax equity and debt transactions
Existing relationships with project finance and tax equity
professionals
Understanding of solar + storage renewable energy systems at a
commercial level
