Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Capacity Planning
to lead a team supporting business production and improve
scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the strategy of the Workforce Management team and guide
planning, scheduling, and operations
Ensure accurate scheduling activities and oversee production teams
using Workforce Management
Evaluate and improve workforce management systems and processes in
line with company objectives
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience managing shared operations or teams at
multiple locations
6+ years of coaching and developing teams
4+ years experience in production control, workforce management, or
operational planning functions
4+ years experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other improvement
methods
2+ years experience leading change management within large
teams
