Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the Creative Operations Team in managing creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing project timelines, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team
Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional partners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in project management or traffic management, preferably in a creative or agency environment
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools)
Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
