Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Member Success Operations to
lead their service center team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Member Success organization,
ensuring team availability and resource alignment
Support KPIs and implement best practices to enhance customer
satisfaction and operational performance
Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with
strategic planning
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a customer care/call
center environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience with call center operations,
including training and workforce management
Excellent understanding of call center technology and software
applications, with experience in Zendesk preferred
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve
performance
Sound knowledge of call center operations, performance metrics, and
quality assurance processes
