Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business-related point of contact for
customers
Drive engagement and feature adoption across all accounts
Identify growth opportunities within the account base
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing strategic accounts
Several years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or
related roles
Familiarity with composable architecture (MACH) and relevant SaaS
services
Experience with Salesforce, Vitally, Sigma, and Google
Workspace
Strong sense of creativity and ownership in building processes
