Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager for a Suicide
Prevention Program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement and enhance the suicide
prevention program
Assess members for risk and develop personalized service plans to
support their needs
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with program goals
and Key Performance Indicators
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD) is required
Preferred licensure in an active program state (WA, IN, NV, TX, TN,
or LA)
3-5 years of experience managing a team and delivering program
outcomes
Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care
management
Experience in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and
regulations
