Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Corporate Governance & Strategic Operations.



Key Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Governance Director and Strategic Planning & Operations Director in compliance governance processes
Manage preparations for the Corporate Responsibility and Compliance Committee meetings and develop related materials
Oversee corporate governance data management and assist with internal user access and permissions


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and collaboration tools
Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with an understanding of compliance risk areas
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and track/report status of assignments
Experience in project management and operational support roles
