Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business and operational requirements into functional
specifications
Design and implement information management systems for data
collection and analysis
Engage with partners and supervise the information management team
to ensure high-quality results
Required Qualifications and Education
Advanced University Degree (Master's) with 5 years of relevant
experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant
experience
Experience in designing and implementing complex information
management systems
Knowledge in GIS, Data Management, or related fields
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is
desired
Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading) is required
