Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Fantasy and Daily Games
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) across major
American sports and global events
Design and oversee casual, non-monetary sports-related games to
enhance user engagement
Analyze game data and user behavior to optimize DFS contests and
casual games
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Computer Science, Data
Analytics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in managing or programming games, preferably
in a fantasy sports or online gaming environment
Strong understanding of fantasy sports rules and player performance
metrics
Proficiency in game programming or content management platforms
related to online games
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to daily
fantasy sports in the US market
