Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Employee Relations and HR
Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve programs focused on employee relations and
morale
Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and ensure
compliance with policies and laws
Provide counsel on employment law and HR policy, and manage the
rollout of new HR policies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Policy, or HR
Compliance
2+ years of experience leading a team
Juris Doctorate (JD) or LLM Degree is required
Prior experience with employment law and complex employment
advising
Preferred candidates located in the Northeast (Massachusetts to
Virginia)
