A company is looking for a Communications Program Manager
responsible for developing and executing internal communication
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a holistic communications strategy aligned
with organizational goals
Create engaging content for various communication channels and
drive communication efforts during organizational changes
Lead the planning and execution of internal events and establish
KPIs to measure communication effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related
field
5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a
lead or program management role
Experience with change management communication
Familiarity with communication tools and platforms
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
