Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social to
lead strategy for clients and support the growth of the social
business in the U.S. region.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on all aspects of paid social and prepare marketing
strategies
Manage budgets, optimizations, and performance to align with client
goals
Oversee a team of up to 5 direct reports and participate in company
initiatives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in paid social within an agency setting
Deep knowledge of performance media and analytics
Experience managing paid social budgets over $250K/month
Expertise in Facebook and Instagram, plus at least 2 additional
social platforms
Experience managing a team and client relationships
