Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Portfolio Manager to ensure
client success with their solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing client needs to drive retention and loyalty
Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve business
goals
Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies for client
engagement
Required Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of client-facing experience in Client Success, Account
Management, or Sales
Experience with CRM systems
Ability to learn and understand Intapp solutions and client use
cases
Proven ability to build strong relationships with client
stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
