Job Description:
A company is looking for a State Partnerships & Government
Affairs Director.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with State Education Agencies
(SEAs) and key stakeholders
Support enterprise sales strategies and manage lobbyists for policy
and advocacy goals
Monitor education legislation and policy trends to inform internal
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant government affairs or education leadership
experience
Advanced degree in Education Policy or Education Leadership
Experience managing lobbyists and negotiating sponsorships in the
education sector
Demonstrated understanding of substantive policy issues in
education or technology
Experience responding to state-level RFPs and grants
