Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Closing Manager for the
Mountain Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the closing request pipeline and ensure timely closings
Provide support, training, and implement guidelines for the Closing
team
Monitor defects and trends around closing and create action plans
for improvement
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage closing
Minimum of 3 years' management experience in mortgage closing
Knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to the mortgage
industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint)
