A company is looking for a Director of Content Strategy & Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the development of diverse internal communications content
Lead and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communication strategies using analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field
7+ years of experience in digital content development
Experience working in cross-functional teams
10+ years in internal communications or related areas preferred
10+ years in a communications leadership role preferred
