Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of professional services associates to
deliver outcomes
Leverage staffing models to balance project quality and revenue
targets
Drive continuous improvement efforts internally and on
client-specific engagements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
At least 5 years of healthcare information technology
implementation or consulting experience
At least 3 years of Electronic Health Record solution work
experience
At least 3 years of project management experience
Ability to develop people to meet career goals and organizational
goals
