Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Client Success to
oversee client relationships and ensure operational
effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are
met
Analyze client results to identify issues and implement
collaborative solutions
Mentor and oversee the development of Client Success team
members
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
At least five years of experience in healthcare or revenue cycle
management
Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
Strong knowledge in revenue cycle management, accounting, or
finance
Proven leadership and management skills
