Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Change Management Director
responsible for leading the development and execution of change
management strategies within the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
Create and direct change management strategies for assigned
initiatives
Collaborate with various teams to maintain and execute change
management plans
Oversee and verify change deliverables and project artifacts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Accounting
preferred
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) required
Minimum 7 years of experience in a large-scale implementation
role
Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams and individual
contributors
Prior public accounting or professional services experience
required
