A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Payments
Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to solve payment fraud and risk challenges
Drive the roadmap and priorities while collaborating across the
company
Recruit, coach, and develop engineers to ensure high
performance
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of engineering management experience and 10 years
of overall industry experience
Experience leading high-complexity teams on multiple high-impact
areas
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in large-scale
technical problem-solving
Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and
responsibility
Experience in building technology solutions for fraud or
adversarial challenges is preferred
