Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Investigative Reporter with
a political lens to advance their award-winning coverage on the
National desk.
Key Responsibilities
Write fast-paced news and longer deep-dive investigations on major
national stories
Pursue and break news within assigned beats, contributing to
broader newsroom coverage
Collaborate with Breaking and Politics reporters as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in investigative and political reporting
Ability to develop strong sourcing in various areas based on the
news cycle
Experience filing public records requests
Firm understanding of American politics
Data journalism experience is a plus
