Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Finance Director focused on
Program Control and Business Finance Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement program control processes for financial
tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and oversee financial
reporting for programs
Lead financial analysis teams and provide strategic insights for
decision-making
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in finance, accounting, or a related field
8+ years of relevant government program control and financial
experience
5+ years of management experience
Exceptional understanding of federal regulations including FAR,
DFARS, and CAS
Proven skills in process management and P&L management
