Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution
Advocate to oversee claims production, billing, follow-up,
collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the billing and collection process to resolve complex
claims
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing
Coordinator
Monitor trends in statistical reports and implement corrective
action plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent
3 years of previous hospital billing experience
Experience with Medicaid billing
Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance
billing
2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
