Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to oversee tax
operations across the United States and provide oversight for LATAM
and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax
returns
Manage tax compliance and reporting, including quarterly and annual
tax provisions
Provide strategic oversight for tax compliance in the EMEA region
and supervise LATAM tax compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or Master's degree in Taxation preferred
7+ years of progressive tax experience, focusing on U.S. federal
and state tax compliance
Experience with international tax issues, particularly in the EMEA
and LATAM regions, is a plus
Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax compliance processes
Experience managing Uncertain Tax Positions (UTP)
